  Sleep on your new Flo Mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the premium foam support and alignment.

  If you still feel it isn't the right fit after the adjustment period, contact our support team via email with your order details.

  Quality Inspection & Pickup

  We will schedule a professional pickup from your home at no extra cost, ensuring the mattress is in good condition for donation or recycling.

  Refund Processing

  Once the mattress is collected and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
